Frank Kuhar of Revived Housing provided indispensable services to me in helping me get a residence in Shaker Heights prepared for sale. The residence had numerous point of sale violations and could not be sold until they were corrected. The task was further complicated by the fact that I live out-of-state and the residence was located in Shaker Heights. Frank was the person I turned to constantly, since he was on-site and knowledgeable about appropriate subcontractors to do the work.
Frank’s company tore down and completely rebuilt the garage. He did an excellent job. When the house was put on the market, several brokers and prospective buyers commented on the high quality work done on the garage. In addition, Frank was my “go-to” person to resolve numerous problems with the house as they arose. He made an exceptional effort, personally appearing at the Shaker Heights inspection offices to get issues resolved in a timely manner. I think his efforts went “above and beyond” the normal contractor’s. He was responsive, trustworthy, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I recommend him highly.
